#sustainablestacks
Our “Vision” of guiding our customers through the implementation and adoption of sustainable tech stacks #sustainablestacks has been moulded by our years of experience in the digital transformation industry. After watching companies go live with new technologies, and not having the skills or the understanding to be self sufficient on those technology stacks, we wanted to change things.
We decided with carbonx we wanted to do things a little different, and while providing the best practice in each strategic and technological implementation, we also take our customers along that journey. We enable our customers on their current use cases, ensuring that when the project is delivered, they have the skills required to replicate our work and utilise the platform themselves. We make our customers self sustainable on their technology stacks, hence our mantra - #sustainablestacks
Here’s how that works as an example
Using our experience we take 90% lead with the Strategic view and Implementation Design of the new technology.
For Implementation, the majority of the work still sits with carbonx, but we are slowly starting to show our customer the best practice ways to use the tech, and getting them to support UAT
As we handover, we enable our customers, giving them the skills and the confidence to manage their platform as we complete the project.
The customer can now continue to use their technology without carbonx, or touching base with us from time to time to review their use cases and enable any new employees.
If at a later date our customer wants to expand their platform use cases, taking advantage of an extra piece of technology or an additional piece of their current stack, this is when we can be re-engaged to support a new project. Once again not only do we provide our experience and best practice understanding, but we enable our customers on this second project, constantly ensuring they are self sufficient, and their tech stack is self sustainable.
Here you can see multiple examples of projects over an undefined timeframe. Quick MVP projects like P2&3, and gaps between projects like from 2-3 and 3-4. In these gaps the customer is fully self sustainable with their already delivered use cases and technology stack.
We are driven towards creating this technological sustainability for our customers. Enabling them to continually drive ROI with their own technology and capabilities, using the carbonx team when they want to further improve on what they have.
Where our customers do find gaps, or have resource struggles and need ongoing support, carbonx can provide a more Managed Service style engagement.
